Fuel: Gasoline
Add gasoline fuel to the fuel tank. The tank holds
approximately 15 U.S. gallons (56.78 liters) and will be
empty upon arrival.
Use “unleaded fuel” only as specified in the Kohler Engine owner’s manual.
The fuel filler spout is black and located just inside the
engine compartment.
Unscrew the cap, add fuel and then, screw the cap back
on tightly.
2
Battery:
Install the supplied 12 volt battery. Black cable is
negative pole (-) and the red cable is positive pole (+)
3
Hydraulic Fluid Control Valve:
The hydraulic fluid control valve is located to the right
just inside the engine compartment. Close the valve
by rotating the knob upwards 90° until tight. This will
de-stroke the pump and put no load on the engine.
during engine startup.

position to engage the engine. Once started, the
engine indicator light should glow brightly indicating that the engine systems are functioning correctly. Please refer to the Kohler Engine Owner’s Manual for more specific information
6

7
Re-engage Hydraulics:
Turn the hydraulic fluid control valve, located to
the left just inside the engine housing, downwards
90°. This will re-pressurize the hydraulic lines.
8
Main Power Switch:
Locate the “Main Power” switch on the PCM-7500
control panel and flip it upward to the “ON” position
9
Shipping/Unloading:
The machine must be raised off of the container
floor before backing out of the container. To do
this, locate the right and left lift control switches
on the main control panel (refer to 2, 7 and 12 on
the “Main Control Panel” page). Raise both sides
so that the machine is level and the mold shoe is
high as you can make it. The mold shoe is on the
left side of the machine attached to the bottom of
the hopper.

Moving The Machine:
Locate the Left/Right manual steering control (refer to 6 on
the “Main Control Panel” page). This control turns the front
wheel either left or right. Now, locate the machine direction switch (refer to 4 on the “Main Control Panel” page)
and set it to “REVERSE”.
Slowly adjust the machine speed knob (3) until the machine
begins to move. Take your time and exercise caution!
11
Stopping:
Once you have slowed the machine to a stop, set the Forward/Reverse control switch to the “Neutral” position (center) and “Main Power” to “Off”
