Located in the heart of the historic Miracle Mile, the El Rey
Theatre is one of L.A.’s hottest destinations for special
events and entertaining. Originally designed by Clifford
Balch, the El Rey is a registered historic landmark originally
purposed as a movie house for fifty years. Now, host to
some of the hippest live music and dance clubs in Los
Angeles, the theatre offers accommodations for a variety
of special events filled with the grandeur and pizzazz of art

The Hollywood Palladium Art Deco theater is located at
6215 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, California. The iconic
theater opened October 31, 1940 with a concert by Frank
Sinatra and the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. Featuring a
11,200 square foot dance floor with room for up to 4,000
people, over the years, it has hosted the Emmy Awards,
Grammy Awards, Golden Globe Awards, the Rolling Stones,
James Brown, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Madonna and Barbra
Streisand. Today, the Hollywood Palladium has been newly
renovated with a new stage infrastructure, a second story
greenroom, refurbished chandeliers, open floor plan and
restored VIP areas; the Hollywood Palladium is the perfect
venue for all types of events.

The Wiltern

Originally built in 1931, the Wiltern was designed by architect Stiles O. Clements of
Morgan, Walls & Clements, the city’s oldest architectural firm. The Wiltern Theatre was
originally designed as a vaudeville theater and initially opened as the Warner Brothers
Western Theater, the flagship for the theater chain. Quickly closing a year later, the
theater reopened in the mid-1930s and was renamed the Wiltern Theatre for the major
intersection which it faces (Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue).
Clad in a blue-green terra-cotta tile and situated on a diagonal to the street corner, the
Wiltern is considered one of the finest examples of Art Deco architecture in the United
States. The most dramatic element of the design is the sunburst on the ceiling of the
auditorium, with each ray its own Art Deco skyscraper—G. Albert Lansburgh’s vision of
the future of Wilshire Boulevard.

Set on five acres of Santa Monica’s beach, the Annenberg Community Beach House
blends elements from the historic Marion Davies Estate with new facilities and modern
conveniences to create a truly unique venue for events and meetings. The entire site

before. And the Beach House has made a another step forward in the City of Santa
