A wonderful cocktail reception and buffet will be provided at the end of the day. Prizes: Win exciting individual and team awards and door prizes. Take part in the raffle, which is part of our fund raising effort for our APIW Memorial Scholarship Fund. Networking: Spend the day networking with old and new acquaintances. Donations: We welcome and encourage donations for door prizes such as golf and tennis balls, shirts or other gifts. We will recognize the companies that support our event through donations. APIW Memorial Scholarship Fund: The net proceeds of the golf tournament will go to the APIW Memorial Scholarship Fund. Remember: You do not need to create a foursome to play; we’ll arrange one for you. Players of all levels are invited to come and join a relaxing day! Can’t join us for the full day of fun? No worries – you can still join us for cocktails and dinner only by checking the appropriate line on the registration form. Can’t make it at all that day? We will miss you, but you can still make a difference by making a tax deductible donation to the APIW Memorial Scholarship Fund on the registration form. Your ticket price includes cart, green fees, a barbeque lunch, snacks, cocktails and a buffet dinner. NOTE: Shoe Rentals are not available. Cocktail Reception, Buffet Dinner & Prizes FEES & CANCELLATIONS: A registration form with full payment enclosed must be sent to Susan Barros by May 10, 2015 for players and non-playing attendees. An early bird fee of $210 per golfer will apply if registration forms and payments are received by March 15, 2015. After that date, it is $235.00 After May 10th, fees will only be refunded if the outing is cancelled. RENTALS: Golf clubs are available on a very limited basis; you can make arrangements for rentals directly with the Pro Shop at 718-885-1258, ext. 2. Any charges are the exclusive responsibility of the renter, not APIW, Inc. DRESS CODE: Proper attire is mandatory. Women: Skirts, slacks, long shorts and shirts with collars are required. Men: Slacks, Bermuda shorts and shirts with collars are required. Both: Golf Shoes with soft spikes or rubber soled sneakers are mandatory on the course.
