® At Fitness Fiesta® you decide how active you wish your weekend to be. To help you we have included descriptions of all the sessions & highlighted some for their intensity, freestyle choreography or easy to follow workouts. Choose the classes suitable for your fitness level. . CLASSES ARRIVAL ON FRIDAY FRIDAY & SUNDAY CLASSES ACCOMMODATION You do not need to register in advance for sessions on Friday or Sunday as no tickets are required for any of the sessions. SATURDAY CLASSES Tickets are required for some sessions on Saturday. You may register in advance for two ticketed sessions but you are strongly recommended to give four choices in case some are fully booked by the time we receive your registration forms. Tickets are not required on Saturday for any of the classes in the non ticketed room. There will also be extra tickets available at the event for any sessions that are not full after registration on Friday evening & Saturday morning. SUNDAY CHECK OUT Bedrooms are to be vacated by 11am on Sunday. There may be availability for a later check out on some rooms. Please check with the hotel reception on arrival (there will be a charge for this service). Alternatively you can use the leisure club to shower & change & the hotel can store your luggage for you whilst you enjoy the rest of the sessions. Bedrooms will be available from 3pm on Friday. When you arrive at the Beaumont House you will need to check in at the hotel reception to collect your room keys. TICKETS & INFORMATION Once you have checked in your group leader can collect the group’s information packs from the Fitness Fiesta registration desk. PLEASE ENSURE EVERY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY HAS REGISTERED ONLINE FOR CLASSES & TREATMENTS. DINING & ENTERTAINMENT DIRECTIONS BREAKFAST Beaumont House, Burfield Road, Old Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 2JJ 7.30-9.30am in the restaurant. FROM JUNCTION 13, M25 LUNCH A buffet lunch is available on Saturday. You will need to purchase a lunch voucher from the hotel’s reception. Coffees & snacks will be available from the Hanover Bar & bar snacks will be available in the Tempest Bar. EVENING MEAL There will be a banquet style evening meal on Friday & Saturday. There will be two areas for dinner & you will be seated with the rest of your party. Your dining area will be indicated on your welcome information so please check with your group leader. Following dinner there will be a disco in the Hanover Bar on Friday & Saturday night. Please note only food & drink bought on the premises may be consumed in the hotels public areas. MASSAGE & HOLISTIC TREATMENTS Book your treatments in advance so your weekend is stress free. Simply book online when you make your class choices. . SHOPPING Step N Pump & Spinning® will be selling dancewear, fitness wear & footwear throughout the weekend. SWIMMING POOL You may use the pool & hotel leisure facilities at anytime. Please note the gym is not staffed so please make sure you are experienced & competent to use the equipment. There will be a limit to the number of people using the pool. Exit the M25 at junction 13 (A30 Staines). At the roundabout follow the signs for the A30 to Bagshot/Egham – this takes you alongside the M25 southbound. Travel to the next roundabout & follow signs for the A308 Windsor. You will pass Runnymede Hotel on your right. Continue straight until you reach a mini roundabout. Take the left exit for Englefield Green A328 & then turn immediately right onto Burfield Road. Beaumont House entrance is on your left, follow signs to Beaumont House reception. FROM JUNCTION 6, M4 Exit Junction 6 on the M4 & follow signs for Windsor & the A308. Continue following signs for Staines & the M25 on the A308. Go past a pub on your right called Bells of Ouseley & at the next mini roundabout turn right, signed Englefield Green A328. Then turn immediately right into Burfield Road. Beaumont Estate entrance is on your left, Follow signs for Beaumont House reception. BY TRAIN The nearest train station is Egham which is a short taxi ride from Beaumont House (approx 3 miles) ALL INFORMATION WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU ON ARRIVAL.
