Rolling Thunder makes some of the greatest frames on the planet. Big Bone frames are constructed
by this high quality manufacturer. Thanks Spencer! They are a fat 1 3/8” or 1 1/2” D.O.M. with .125” wall tubing,
and have 1 1/4” swing arm. Frame components are CNC machined from billet steel. All frame designs on the
following pages can accommodate stock up to 250mm rear tire sizes with an offset kit. Our 230mm frames
will also accommodate a 250 tire with chain. You can install a 9” wide fender on 200mm frames and
230-250mm’s accept a 10 1/2” wide fender. See page 12-29 for Ness Big Wheel Conversion Kit for this frame
and other frames. Also see page 16-3 for other frame features.
