EAU ROOMS AND SUITES
Spacious guest rooms offer private balconies with ocean, pool and
gardens views. Suites have a separate bedroom, living room and
two bathrooms.
EAU CLUB LEVEL
The Eau Club rooms include a private lounge with concierge,
separate champagne check-in and check-out, complimentary food and
beverage during select periods, daily pressing service and VIP pool
service. Club level rooms offer a private balcony with views of the
ocean or pool and gardens.
EAU LANAI SUITES
Eau Lanai Suites are ground level rooms overlooking the ocean with
easy access to both pools. Lanai suites have a separate bedroom and
living room and two bathrooms.

Resort & Spa accommodates groups from 10 to 1,000 people. With
over 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space, we offer a wide
variety of indoor and outdoor venues to choose from, and events can
be paired and customized in over 20 stylish locations.
DOG-FRIENDLY POLICY
There is a $250 (per room) non-refundable pet deposit fee. There is a
25 pound weight limit and two pet limit, per room occupied. A portion
of the deposit fee will be donated to the Big Dog Ranch Rescue.

HOTEL POLICIES
g Check-in: 4 pm and check-out: 12 pm
g Cancellation: Guests must provide a credit card at time of
reservation. Specific cancellation policies may vary.
g If more than two guests are occupying a club level room/suite
there will be an additional $50 per child (ages 5-17) and/or
$100 per adult per night.
g Smoking: our hotel is a smoke-free environment.
g Crib: complimentary and available upon request.
g Roll-away bed: available upon request in king-bedded rooms and
suites only.
g Rates are quoted for double occupancy. Each additional will be
charged $75 per person per room night. Children 17 years of
age and younger are complimentary when sharing with an adult.
