freehold title to the land (as shown edged red on the
Site Plan) and invites bids for its purchase, which may be
conditional or unconditional. The Seller reserves the right
to include appropriate restrictive covenants or conditions
within the sale documentation. Bids must be submitted in
accordance with the Seller’s bidding procedure which is
