Mead Hall Strawberry Festival
Hog on the Hill BBQ Cook-Off
A family-oriented festival held in historical downtown Aiken featuring
strawberry desserts, pony rides, inflatables, games, contests, bake
sales and more. Invite family and friends to enjoy: fresh strawberries,
homemade strawberry goodies, fun games and activities, craft
vendors, book sale, silent auction, bake sale, casserole sale and
talent show.
If you love barbecue and music, you have to be in Chester for the
annual Hog on the Hill BBQ Cook-Off. Barbecue teams compete for
the title of “Anything But” and the “Best BBQ”. A hog-calling contest
will also be held. Activities will include kids’ rides, classic cars and
horse and carriage rides.
