“We are happy to have bagged the largest design and build residential
contract for the luxury group housing project ‘Windchants’ from Experion
Developers. As this is a design and build contract, the project will have
seamless coordination between various activities that will ensure timely
delivery and quality.
We are excited to be executing this landmark residential project that boasts of
Asia’s largest residential skywalk (1.4 km to and fro) meandering amidst
abundance of lush green exotic flora and shaded sit-outs interspersed with
air-conditioned community interaction hubs – at the seventh level. The
project provides a mélange of meaningful leisure activity avenues in a resort
like living. We are confident of bringing it alive in its true spirit of luxury”
