There are many Victorian and Edwardian terraces interspersed with colourful parks and gardens. Attractions include the magnificent Grand Pier (which was completely rebuilt in 2010), a Sea Life centre, dancing at the famous Winter Gardens and top class cabaret and big star names performing at the Playhouse theatre.
