Is it possible that one woman could make a difference in a nation? In your lesson this week you will meet a woman who did. Her
name appears only twice in the Bible, yet she left her mark on history. In Jerusalem today there is a gate into the Old City called
Huldah’s Gate, named in her honor when the Temple was rebuilt. For an introduction to this woman, read II Kings 22:14 (KJV).

Huldah is in some ways a role model for all of us. She was truly a Woman of the Word. To receive the greatest benefit from your
study, begin your lesson with a prayer. Ask the Lord to speak to you through His Word. Include in your prayer any specific needs
you may have in relationship to your homework. Thank Him also for the lessons you are learning each week from the Women of
