machine or race car. Iron Heads are
available with 165cc, 180cc, 200cc,
215cc, or 230cc intake runners. High
velocity 165cc and 180cc heads deliver
instant throttle response for street/strip,
while the large port 230cc heads meet
the needs of large displacement, high
RPM, engines. Multi-angle intake seats
and hardened, radiused exhaust seats
promote exceptional air flow without any
additional porting. Bare heads feature
bronze valve guides and a performance
valve job. Head is sold individually.

Valve train components for bare heads

Pro 1 Cylinder Head
For LS1
Affordable Cylinder Head with Dart’s
“Speed-Flow” technology has high flowing,
as-cast ports. Cast from virgin 355-T6
aluminum, GM LS style heads have standard valve angle and spacing and a choice
of 205cc or 225cc intake ports. The
205cc version is designed for mild street
performance; the 225cc head is ideal for
maximum street performance or bracket
racing. Head is sold individually, bare or

has rectangular intake ports for maximum performance. 308cc or 345cc
intake runner versions have heart-shaped,

B18 and B20+ Blocks cure
many of the shortcomings of
factory blocks in high performance and racing use. Aerospace quality C355-T6 virgin
aluminum with steel main caps
and standard main bearing
sizing provide the strength and
durability to build a powerful, reliable engine. The B18 blocks have the
stock deck height, while B20+ castings have an extra-tall
226mm deck. Both are available with standard or 3mm
oversize cylinder bores.

display with scroll and cursor keys for quick, easy setting.
Select from four different delay modes including crosstalk, crossover, interface and delay. Box additionally has
skip up/skip down, remote dial-in board output, independent line lock output, adjustable transbrake lockout,
crossover compensation, trip protection, and pro/full
tree features. NHRA/IHRA approved for all “box” classes.
The RTD-7 Reaction Time Delay
works with all
ignition systems
including magnetos, is 12 and 16
volt compatible,
and requires no
batteries. Four pushbutton thumbwheels allow selection of any delay up to
9.999 seconds. A full 12 volts are supplied to the trans
brake, with no voltage drop through the delay box. The
30 amp capability will easily handle any trans brake
manufactured.

Titanium Valves
Among the lightest, strongest and most reliable, Del West Valves meet exacting standards and are made with military spec. titanium alloys for a weight
savings of approximately 40% over steel alloys. With lower mass, Del West
valves may be used with more radical camshaft profiles without valve float and
unnecessary wear on related valvetrain components. Valves are offered with
standard square or radius style valve lock grooves. Sold in sets of eight.
Note: Many valves are also available with special radiused valve lock grooves for less valve stem and tip
stress. To order a valve with radius keeper grooves, add “R” to the end of the part number. For example a
DWUI2055-ST-8 with the radius valve lock groove feature added would be DWUI2055-STR-8.

Mighty Demon
One of the most efficient
carburetors for drag race engines. In addition to a standard
venturi model, Demon offers
the “RS” variable
venturi model with
removable main
and booster venturi,
billet aluminum base plate and
streamlined air entry. Additional features are three-circuit
metering blocks, large float
bowls with sight plugs, adjustable
King Demon RS
air bleeds, emulsion bleeds and
idle feed restrictors. Carbs are for gasoline applications.
The perfect carburetor for
street/strip applications.
The Mighty Demon is
similar to the Race Demon
General Competition model,
but with fixed emulsion
circuits and non-removable
boosters which are swedged in
place. Dual inlet, mechanical secondary carb will provide clean, crisp
performance for engines with large
runner cylinder heads, high flow intake manifolds, higher
compression ratios, and camshafts with up to 260° of
duration at .050" valve lift. Carbs also include billet base
plates, billet metering blocks, concentric venturi and
built-in power valve blow-out protection. Blower Carbs
include specific calibration for supercharged engines. For
gasoline applications only.

Atomic-Cool provides the largest temperature drop of
any fan mounted cooler and may be used as an engine
or transmission oil cooler. “Radiator style” fin and plate
design and 8" dia., 400 CFM Tornado fan create maximum heat dissipation. Coolers are 10" tall x 12-1/2"

Cam Bearings
Dura-Bond Cam Bearings are offered in standard or
oversizes for installation in new aftermarket or used engine blocks. Bearings eliminate problems with stock cam
bearings spinning in the bores. American-made bearings withstand high valve spring pressures and have the
excellent surface characteristics of babbit. Use Standard
Performance cam bearing sets with hydraulic and solid
lifter cams. High Performance sets are ideal for roller
cams with higher lift and spring loads. Some bearings
are available with fluoropolymer composite coating for
increased oil retention and decreased friction. Some
bearings listed are available in .010", .020", .030" and
.040" oversizes.

Bullet Mufflers
Dynomax Race Series Mufflers are offered in a variety of
case sizes and inlet/outlet diameters to fit virtually any system. All mufflers are straight-through design for maximum
performance and are 100% aluminum for durability. All mufflers flow in either direction (unless noted).
Lightweight, compact Bullet Mufflers are ideal for tight
ground clearance situations. A race only muffler that
provides moderate sound control.

Downswept Headers have
CNC laser-machined flanges
and port gussets to support
the primary tubes
and prevent cracking from vibration
or tire shake. Stepped,
28" long primary tubes deliver extra horsepower. Set
includes 4-1/2" collectors, gaskets and hardware.
Pro Stock style Headers are engineered for cars with
aftermarket strut front ends. Special port gussets prevent primary tube cracking and promote header longevity. High temperature, silver ceramic coated headers are
manufactured using CNC laser machined flanges, equal
length 28" long primary tubes and collectors that are
secured with bolt-on, jig located “u-tabs”. Available with
traditional or stepped primary tubes. Collectors must be
purchased separately.
