The latest CT201 valve from Edbro is lightweight and compact whilst still providing excellent
control, high flow rates and still bearing the famous Edbro ‘fit and forget’ functionality.

diversion valves and knock off valves to suit any tipper setup.

This valve is designed for tipper systems without ltration.
•
The oil should be a good quality hydraulic oil to ISO 6743/4 HM32 for -15 to +27 C working temperature.
•
For extended life or for higher duty applications, 25µm absolute return line ltration is recommended.
•
Oil cleanliness to be maintained to ISO 4406 class 19/16.
•
Oil should be replaced annually.

Replacement cartridges for the standard CT200 single
pressure relief valve.
When ordering, use the following part numbers:

An adjustable pressure relief valve, designed for tractor
unit installations. This relief valve allows the tractor unit
to be attached to a range of trailers with cylinders operating at different pressures.
The dual pressure relief valve replaces the single pressure relief valve, and is installed in the same valve fitting.

Edbro offer the manual handle as an additional it.
The end cap is removed and replaced by the
manual handle it.
This bloc is designed for direct mounting of an Edbro
CT200 valve. The bloc is available in steel or aluminium, and is to be welded directly to the oil tan .

When using the valve in pneumatic configuration, this is
a replacement end cap which allows the spool stro e to
be adjusted using a screw.
By limiting the stro e in this way, return flow through the
valve can be limited, thus increasing control over the
speed of operation.

* If both cylinders require the same maximum operating pressure,
the overload valve is not required.
* Divertor rest position is port M;applying air pressure selects port R.
* Divertor can be installed directly onto the CT200 valve using
adaptor NR1694.
* When using a CX Series cylinder, the tank base pad should have
a closure plate fitted, and the valve and divertor assembly should
be installed remotely from the cylinder.
* When using a seperate oil tank, the CT200 valve and divertor
valve can be installed directly to the valve mounting plate on the
tank.
* The overload cartridge in the CT200 valve MUST be set higher
than the cartridge in the overload valve (i.e. service line from
overload valve must go to lower pressure cylinder).
NOTE: Divertor must be set BEFORE control valve CT200 is operated.
