Utilized to prevent misplaced pallets from accidentally falling through the beams, safety
bars give an added level of safety and protection for pallet racking. Safety bars are
available to suit Built-In Step Beams and Box Beams.

Our patented Snap-In Safety Bar snaps into place on
pre-punched, built-in step beams. The safety bar locks
in place, providing maximum protection for people
and equipment and it meets CSA standards without
requiring mechanical fastening. Precision formed from
high strength steel, it’s able to withstand years of abuse.

Our hook-over safety bars are manufactured from the
same high strength steel as our beams and are available
with cups to suit 1-1/2” (40 mm) or 2” (50 mm) beam
depths. Each cup on the safety bar comes with a prepunched hole for mechanically fastening the safety
bar to the beam. Our hook-over safety bars
work with both box and step beams.

Those small clips, pins or fasteners that come with your
box or step beams are extremely important safety
items for your racking. They prevent unintentional

Wire Mesh Decks
Available in a wide range of configurations we can provide wire mesh decks to suit Step
Beams, Box Beams and Structural Channel Beams. Wire Mesh Decks can be used as an
alternative to standard safety bars, providing an extra level of safety for misplaced pallets
as well as varying sizes of pallets. Unlike plywood or particle board decks, wire mesh decks
are non-flammable and provide superior water access for in-rack sprinkler systems.

TS Wide Span Shelving (sometimes known as Heavy Duty Shelving or Baby Rack) is strong,
affordable and extremely versatile. It’s ideal for an almost unlimited range of applications,
from garage shelving to record storage to retail shelving and warehouse applications; it’s
great for hand stack operations where heavy capacity pallet racking isn’t required.
The beams quickly and easily assemble onto the frames
like standard pallet rack beams, only they’re much lighter.
Shelf and deck options include particle board, galvanized

Interlock No-Bolt shelving is among the most rigid in the industry. The shelves are
produced from high strength cold-rolled steel and come complete with double-bends
on all four sides and closed locking corners. The uprights – “Tee Posts” - are made of 16
gauge hot-rolled steel and are pre-punched, roll-formed, welded and cut-to-length in a
continuous operation.

Interlok No-Bolt steel shelves are designed for maximum strength and durability. A superior quality
shelf has been obtained by combining these exclusive features:
• Double folded closed corners for maximum support

• For heavier loads reinforcing bars are embedded in the front and rear of the shelf
• All shelves are pre-punched for Bin Dividers

racking, Roller Rack is a great option. Roller Rack is available as a complete standalone package, with uprights, beams and carton flow track. A complete bay can

Span-Track Flow Bed
Roller Rack easily creates a dynamic storage medium, allowing all picking
operations to be performed at the front of the system and replenishment to take
place at the back of the system. As cartons are removed from the system on the
picking side, new product rolls forward to replace those removed. Carton flow
can increase pick rates up to 30% versus static storage and introduces a more
ergonomically safe picking process.
