Day 1Ibera
Depart Posadas Airport with your driver/guide.
Drive to your accommodation in the Ibera
Marshes, a vast wilderness with spectacular
birdlife and animals such as freshwater otters,
caiman (alligators), Marsh Deer, Capybaras and
the endangered Maned Wolf. D
Day 2Ibera
Explore the beautiful nature reserve on horse
back with a local guide. Learn about the behaviour
and migration patterns of the diverse bird species
that populate this area. Return to your hotel. BLD
Day 3Ibera
Set out on a boat excursion on the lagoon, take a
walk along one of the nearby trails or a canoe ride
keeping a look out for the many different species
of birds and wildlife that inhabit the marshes.
Return to your accommodation for overnight. BLD

Puerto Iguazu
4WD transfer to the ruins of the San Ignacio Miní
mission, a World Heritage site built by the Jesuits in
the 17th and 18th century. After lunch, continue on
to Puerto Iguazu, gateway to the Iguazu Falls. BL

Puerto Iguazu
Enjoy a full day excursion on the Argentine side of
the spectacular Iguazu Falls. Encounter an amazing
variety of ferns, orchids, birds and butterflies on
the surrounding forest trails. Included is a short
boat ride to reach the San Martin waterfalls, and a
ride on a 4WD truck for a jungle safari along the
Macuco trail. Return to the hotel for overnight. B
