THE LEGEND OF SEPHRA
and were given as sacred
offerings to the gods.
Montezuma, the ruler of the
wealthy Aztec empire, was so
enchanted by Sephra that he
commissioned an elite force
of skilled artisans and master
craftsmen to construct a
temple in her honour.
Woven among the threads
of ancient Aztec legend
lies the story of Sephra, an
enchanting goddess whose
beauty could be described
only as the richness of the
dark earth combined with
the luster and glow of pure
gold. Her voice was softer
than the most delicate flower,
and her presence carried
the aroma of sweet cocoa.
It was Sephra who gave the
ancient Aztecs the precious
gift of the cocoa tree.
As a special offering to the
goddess, Montezuma built
a magnificent fountain in
the highest room of the
temple and filled it with
glistening spring water, which
flowed from beneath its
walls. He then surrounded
the fountain with a splendid
array of the most perfect
cocoa beans, in the hope
that Sephra would continue
to bless the people with the
unique and valuable crop.
So pleased was Sephra with
Montezuma’s gift that she
came to him in a dream
The legend reveals that the
spirit of Sephra nourished
the cocoa trees and lived
within the priceless beans
they produced. The Aztec
kings named the cocoa
tree “Theobroma Cacao,”
meaning “food of the gods.”
So valuable were cocoa
beans that they were used
to pay tribute to royalty

and told him that her spirit
would always live in the
fountain he had given her.
Moments later, Montezuma
awoke to the sweet smell
of cocoa lingering in the air.
The aroma led him to the
upper room of the temple
where Sephra’s fountain
stood. To his astonishment,
the fountain no longer
flowed with water, but
with the richest, purest
chocolate, this was truly
a gift from the gods.
For centuries, Sephra’s
fountain remained hidden
beneath the ruins of the
ancient Aztec temple, waiting
to be discovered. At long
last it was, and with it was
unveiled the secret of the
pure, rich chocolate once
coveted by gods and kings.

order to make them the very best they can possibly be.
CF18R - Twin Surround
Our illuminated surrounds, for example, are made from
heavy-duty food grade polypropylene. Unlike cheaper
alternatives this material will not to crack easily on impact.
As well as this Polypropylene is welded instead of glued
- this gives your illuminated surround more strength
and flexibility. Perhaps most importantly though this
is a food grade material unlike the most common
alternative, Perspex. It is simple variations like these that
set Sephra products apart from our competitors.
Sephra illuminated surrounds include soft carry cases made from
heavy weight fabric with reinforced corners. These make your
illuminated surround easier to carry, with added protection when
in storage or transit, as well as creating a professional appearance.
Although they are included with
our surrounds, they are also
available to buy separately.
Our surrounds all use a colour changing light
emitting diode (LED) system. These can be remote
controlled giving you the ability to change colour
shade, speed and pattern depending on the event.

The Liège waffle is a richer, denser, sweeter, and chewier waffle. Native to
the greater Wallonia region of Eastern Belgium – and alternately known as
gaufres de chasse (hunting waffles) – they’re an adaptation of brioche bread
dough, featuring chunks of pearl sugar which caramelize on the outside of
the waffle when baked.
Churros, which is sometimes referred to as a Spanish Doughnut or the
Mexican Treat is traditionally a fried-dough pastry. Churros are very popular
with cinnamon, dipped in melted chocolate or with coffee in the morning.
The Sephra Churros Maker allows you to re-create the Churros without

extremely high profit margin to any business given the low cost of our ‘add water only’ waffle / crêpe mix.
SEASONING - How do I season my Crêpe Maker?
Switch on the appliance. Heat the appliance to 270°C. Your appliance has reached the required temperature when the orange
indicator light goes out. Keep the appliance at this temperature for the duration of seasoning. Pour the equivalent of a tablespoon of
cooking or frying oil into the centre of the griddle. Using a wiper pad, spread the oil evenly, then let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes so
that the griddle becomes completely dry. Repeat previous operation eight times, decreasing the amount of oil used each time, but
carefully respecting the 5 - 10 minutes cooking time for each layer of oil.

Popcorn maker now has an upgraded gearbox and motor
and can produce 8oz of popcorn every 3-4 minutes, whilst

with a half or full dome floss bubble to protect from flying
sugar crystals. Sugar crystals form when the spinner gets

Sephra utilise a variety of shipping partners to ensure that orders can be delivered around the world
quickly, safely and most importantly at the lowest costs available within the market place.
By using modern sales order processing and inventory management systems coupled with the combination
of high quality shipping partners, orders can be processed and delivered in as little as 24/48 hours.
Within the UK, orders of up to 3 Kg can be shipped using Royal Mail, above 3 Kg we utilise our main
domestic parcel carrier Parcelforce, and for pallet movement the Palletforce network is used.
International shipping can be arranged either on a Door to Door or Door to Port/Airport basis, using FedEx or
UPS Air Freight. Larger orders of pallet quantities are handled by our International pallet partners Redhead.
Sephra can also arrange shipping using 20’ and 40’ ambient or temperature controlled reefers.
