Project Details Value New chiller building on top of existing processing plant, with a floor area of 350m2 and internal ceiling height of 7 metres. $1.0 million Construction consisted of a large structural steel truss structure supported by existing columns, enclosed with both 150mm thick cold store panels and metal sheeting. September 2003 Completed The suspended floor structure consisted of a steel frame base with compressed fibre cement lining, glass wool and cold store panels for insulation purposes, and a reinforced concrete slab finished with an epoxy compound.
