Booking and Payment Terms
Card numbers will be required to secure all lunch and bedroom bookings.
Christmas Accommodation Packages:
A £50.00 per person deposit is required to secure your 1 night Christmas package.
A £100.00 per person deposit is required to secure your 2 night Christmas package.
A £150.00 per person deposit is required to secure your 3 night Christmas package.
This deposit is non refundable and non transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment is due by the 1st December 2016.
If you wish to cancel your reservation please contact the hotel prior to this date.
Unless notified the full package price will be charged to the card details taken to secure your booking on the 1st December
2016. If you wish make payment by alternative methods please contact us before the1st December 2016
(cheques are to be made payable to ‘Nunsmere Hall Ltd’).

A £10.00 per person deposit is required to secure your Gala Dinner and Disco party booking.
A £25.00 per person deposit is required to secure your Christmas lunch booking.

For fun filled party nights look no further. From the
stunning food to the magical atmosphere, Christmas Party
Nights at Nunsmere Hall are like no other.
£49.00 (including VAT) per person
We will welcome you to Nunsmere Hall with festive cheer
and a drink to match - glass of chilled bucks fizz or
warming mulled wine. Feast upon a three-course meal
accompanied with coffee and mini mince pies.
After dinner, dance the night away
to our resident DJ until carriages at midnight.
Cash bar available throughout the evening.
Available dates are subject to availability - please call to check on

Accommodation starts from £145.00 per room, including VAT
and full English breakfast, based on 2 adults sharing. Subject to
availability and must be booked directly with the hotel.
N.B. The dress code for Public Gala Dinner and Disco is smart casual
(no jeans or trainers). If you have any special dietary requirements,
please inform us when placing your booking.
FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA

Have yourself a merry little Christmas with our festivethemed afternoon tea. Enjoy a host of seasonal treats which
includes apricot and chestnut scones, eggnog tartlet, mince
pie and Christmas pudding chocolate truffles.

SUNDAY LUNCHES WITH SANTA
3 course Sunday lunch including a gift for every child.

Join us for a magical family Sunday Lunch. Visit Santa’s
Grotto before sitting down to a festive 3 course meal. Lots of

• After a light buffet breakfast guests can enjoy a walk around the
grounds to build an appetite before Christmas Lunch.
• Enjoy a lavish Christmas Lunch in our Brocklebank Suite
followed by coffee and mince pies served in time for the Queens
Speech. The afternoon is yours to enjoy, play games or just relax.
• Chef invites you for a hamper, followed by a movie night in our
Brocklebank Suite.
Our festive breaks give you the opportunity to
enjoy a relaxing break, in the unparalleled setting
of Cheshire, whilst experiencing the wonderful
atmosphere of our Christmas Celebrations.
Christmas Eve – “T’was the night
before Christmas.............”
BOXING DAY
• After a later breakfast you can have a day to yourselves whether
it’s a visit to historic Chester or North Wales. Alternatively look at
spending some time in the Boxing Day sales with the Trafford
Centre being 40 minutes away or Cheshire Oakes only a 25
minute drive.
Upon arrival, settle into your room and enjoy a slice of chef’s
homemade fruit cake and collect your vouchers for a
warming glass of mulled wine from one of our bars.
27TH DECEMBER 2016
Test your activity skills to the limit with our outdoor activities
experience – please request the activities brochure,
for full details, at an additional cost.
From 6pm we will be serving a festive cocktail in reception,
while the local choir creates a lovely Christmas atmosphere,
before enjoying dinner in our Crystal restaurant.
For those who wish (making own way there) you can join the
congregation for a memorable Midnight Mass, at
St John The Evangelist Church, in Sandiway.
Return to the hotel and perhaps enjoy a
warming night cap before bed.
