Registration
• Online registration is open until 31st of October or the availability of places. Expected
number of participants is 150. In order to assure wide range of participating countries we
expect maximum 10 participants per country.
• Participation fee for ELARD members is 100 € and for others 120 €. Participation fee
includes all conference expenses according to the program, but not accommodation and
travel costs.

Transport by bus from Tallinn to Tartu and back
• There is a good transport connection between Tallinn and Tartu (both from Tallinn Coach
Station and Tallinn Airport). Buses leave almost every half an hour. The duration of the
trip is about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• Tickets can be bought in advance on webpage https://www.tpilet.ee/en (both printed and
mobile tickets are valid, but we recommend to print tickets out). When traveling from
Tallinn to Tartu, please mark Tallinn Airport or Tallinn Coach Station as the place of
departure and Tartu Coach Station as the destination. When traveling from Tartu to
Tallinn, please mark Tartu Coach Station as the place of departure and Tallinn Airport or
Tallinn Coach Station as the destination.

Welcoming party on 21st of November
• Informal welcoming party will take place in the evening on 21st of November at 20.00 in
Vilde Salon (Vallikraavi 4, Tartu).
Conference on 22nd of November
• Buses to the conference venue leave from the lower parking lot of Vanemuine Theatre at
08.30. We kindly ask everyone to arrive on time.
• Registration is opened on 22nd of November from 09.00 at The Estonian National
Museum (Muuseumi tee 2, Tartu, www.erm.ee).
• The registration card is your "key" to events. Please remember to carry it with you at all
times.
Conference venue - Estonian National Museum (the building will be opened in October
2016).
Dinner with entertainment program on 22nd of November
• Dinner on 22nd of November will take place in the Folk House at Mooste Manor, Põlva
County www.moostemois.ee/?keel=eng
• Buses to Mooste leave from Estonian National Museum at 18.00.
• Buses from Mooste to Tartu leave from 22.00.
Conference on 23rd of November
• Buses leave from the lower parking lot of Vanemuine Theatre to conference place at 8.30.
We kindly ask everyone to arrive on time.
• Shuttle from conference place to Tartu Coach Station leaves at 15.30 (to get to the bus
that leaves from Tartu to Tallinn at 16.00)

ELARD General Assembly meeting on 23rd of November at 15.30-20.00
ELARD General Assembly is opened to participants of the conference and preliminary
agenda is following:
1. ELARD declaration for LEADER/CLLD post 2020;
2. ELARD financial and activities report in 2016;
3. Introduction of ELARD internal regulations, Statutes of ELARD and new model for
membership fee;
4. Confirmation of the rate of membership fee;
5. Membership applications;
6. Introduction of budget and action plan for 2017. Members input for ELARD budget and
action plan in 2017;
7. Information.
