South America, Africa, South East Asia and
India.
TASTE
Heavily liquored with Caramel overtones,
Chocolate richness enveloped in a full,
resonating body with a floral aroma. The Signature Blend is sweet, aromatic and perfectly
balanced with a long fine finish.

Sourced from Mexico, Columbia, Nicaragua
and Costa Rica and grown under a canopy
of shade.

A blend of the most prized Arabica from
Central America which are hill cultivated
coffees of Guatemala and Costa Rica with
hand cultivated high quality.

A Hand-selected blend of Colombian,
Brazilian, Kenyan & Papua New Guinea
Beans.
A modernised version of the classic Italian
espresso style and therefore packs a heavy
punch. It is full in body and boasts a dark
crema and aroma, accompanied by a
medium level of acidity which delivers its
sharpness in a snap. It transforms into a
maple syrup flavour which dissolves into a
rich chocolate like finish at the back of the
palate.
TASTE
Strong acidity with a rich unforgettable aftertaste. Very intense, for lovers of European
style coffee.
Very floral with a citrus & Burgemont aroma.

Blend of Pure Arabica from central America.

Caramel notes with hints of pitted fruit.
Dark Roasted for an Intense Flavour.

Bright, fruity & acidic. FLoral citrus notes,
Burgemont, lime & orange with a berry-like
acidity. In milk, blend 10 is quite nutty (Brazil
& almond) with a subtle milk chocolate
sweetness.

TRADITIONAL ENGLISH BREAKFAST
ORGANIC CLOUDY MIST GREEN
An imperial blend of mountain grown BOP
assam tea and keemun tea to create a full
rich English brew. Our English breakfast tea
has been blended to create a robust cup.
Handpicked in the foot hills of the Zhejiang
province and shaped into curly ribbons, the
toasted leaves resemble little hooks. This
cloudy mist green tea yields saffron yellow
liquor with delicate grassy yet nutty flavours.
ORGANIC SNOW MIST JASMINE
Harvested in the Chinese Spring. The tea
leaves are stored until the early summer
when the Jasmine flowers are in bloom. The
tea and the flowers are then layered allowing
the sweet fragrances to permeate the leaves.
ROYAL EARL GREY
ORGANIC CHAMOMILE FLOWERS
Our whole chamomile flowers result in a
beautiful bright yellow liquor with sweet
floral and honey notes. A herb used since
the Egyptian times to help relax and aid
digestion, now a world classic.
ORGANIC LEMONGRASS AND GINGER
A leafy grade Ceylon tea flavoured with
bergamot. Legend has it a servant of the earl
of grey saved the life of a Chinese mandarin’s
son. The mandarin was so grateful he gave
the lord the now famous earl grey recipe…
We all love a good story!
A stimulating herbal infusion with sweet
citrus and bright lively flavours. Our classic
lemongrass and ginger mix brews a deep
citrus liquor with pleasant earthiness, honeysuckle and ginger notes.
HIBISCUS FLOWERS AND ORANGE
ORGANIC CUT PEPPERMINT LEAVES
Crushed hibiscus flowers blended with red
tea and orange zest to create a stimulating,
rich, anti-oxidant powerhouse fruit tea. Full
bodied, sweet and tart with a warming orange
flavour.
Cut peppermint leaves with no additives or
oils, our peppermint is just that: 100% pure
peppermint leaf. A sweet infusion with earthy
flavour and strong aromatics.
