To your enemy, forgiveness. To an opponent, tolerance. To a friend, your heart. To a customer, service.

Lincoln County 4-H Teen Association is excited about 4-H Interstate Exchange opportunity,
available to the teens between the ages of 13-18. The 4-H Interstate Exchange is a two year venture with
another county in the state of Idaho or United States. The youth will have the opportunity to learn about
state history and create lasting friendships. The teens will learn life skills on communicating, interacting socially, caring for others, accepting differences, building relationships, being responsible, planning and
organizing, working a in team and keeping records, which will help them in future accomplishments.
Currently the teens have the opportunity to exchange with York County in Pennsylvania. Each county will
have the opportunity to be a host and guest in the two years. Lincoln County 4-H youth may have the opportunity to visit Gettysburg, Washington D.C., Hershey Park and Harley Davidson factory and see how
other 4-H programs differ from Idaho.
Teens involved in the exchange please remember to turn in your commitment letter to 4-H
Extension office by January 5th to go on the exchange.
If you are interested in the becoming involved with the program please contact the office. We can get you in
contact with a member or leader of the association.
