The 22nd annual Idyllwild Jazz in the
Pines is a jazz-inspired fundraising
event aimed at raising funds for the
students and programs of Idyllwild Arts
Academy and Summer Program.
Celebrating a weekend of music, food,
and culture, Jazz in the Pines offers a
unique experience that includes a
sampling of jazz on three stages, beer
and wine tasting, a variety of local artisanal
goods, and much more.
Jazz in the Pines offers a wide variety of
sponsorship opportunities for small and
large sponsors, with significant visibility to
the public, media, and food and beverage
leaders of Southern California. Sponsors
will receive local and national recognition
via our website, social media tools, media
partners, event signage, posters, and other
printed promotional materials.
Sponsoring Jazz in the Pines makes a strong statement to the local community
that you support the creativity and quality of Jazz music and music/art
education. It also shows that you care about the creative community through
your support of a local nonprofit organization. Your brand will be aligned with
these values for the thousands of people that engage with Jazz in the Pines.
There are several sponsorship levels available. The number of sponsors at any
one level is limited to maximize the exposure and value of those sponsors’

Description:
Jazz in the Pines invites the Idyllwild and greater Southern California
community out for a weekend of music, art, fun, and philanthropy. The
event features different styles of Jazz music from artists including
Graham Dechter and Marshall Hawkins. A variety of food and
beverages are available from local and surrounding
area restaurants.

General Admission - $65/day or $100/weekend pass

The Mission of the Idyllwild Arts Foundation is to promote
and advance artistic and cultural development through
education in a beautiful, natural environment conducive to
positive personal growth.
Idyllwild Arts has a long and rich history of nurturing the
creative talents of thousands of artists. Since 1946, Idyllwild
Arts has been dedicated to providing the ideal environment
for artists in every artistic discipline to seriously pursue their
artistic passions.
We take pride in our events and nurture relationships that we
have built over the past years with our sponsors and
supporters. Our development team has been executing
successful events over the years and has cultivated pride
and ownership of many events including our two largest:
Jazz in the Pines and the Scholarship Gala, each of which
benefit the community in which it serves!
