Dear Boys & Girls:
THANK YOU so much for all you do to help provide BGMC
funds for us here in Thailand! I don’t know what we would do
without them! A HUGE blessing!
BGMC funds are primarily used for Sunday School curriculum
called Thanyathip (Spiritual Food). The Pentecostal Christian
Education Network, which produces the Thanyathip
curriculum, is in the process of upgrading the curriculum.
We still need more funds, as many of the other books have not
been upgraded. Those who use our curriculum regularly really
like it, as the content is wonderful, they say. The covers of the
books have been redone, and the books have been reprinted.
At this time, we are working on doing some real editing
because the verbiage and the activities are outdated.
BGMC funds are also used to help fund children’s workers
training seminars, which we hold two to four times a year.
Some seminars are small, training only about 15 people, where
others are large, training about 200 people. The average
seminar probably trains about 40 people.
We have received positive feedback from these seminars.
Churches are hungry for creative ways to engage their children
in the Bible lesson. They are also eager for ideas in how to
reach out to children in their communities. Many children’s
workers lack basic training in leading age-appropriate activities,
properly preparing a lesson, teaching a memory verse, etc.
So these seminars are truly a blessing! After each seminar
we hear feedback that the sessions challenged, inspired, and
encouraged those who attended. Attached are a few pictures
from a recent seminar.

Dear Boys & Girls:
Thank you for giving to BGMC! BGMC is such a
blessing to us here in Thailand. With the money
from BGMC, we are able to reach lots of kids for
Jesus.
I recently received BGMC money to purchase
the KidsQuest evangelistic kit. This kit contains
everything we need to put on a three-night
program telling everyone about Jesus.
BGMC money was also used to translate the
KidsQuest program into the Thai language.
Because of BGMC funds, I am able to train others
to use the KidsQuest program so kids all over
Thailand can hear about Jesus.

Dear Boys & Girls:
“Sawatdii Kha” or Hello from
Thailand,
It’s Saturday morning and about
20 kids are waiting for the big car
to arrive. It’s packed with sponsors,
boxes of supplies, a guitar, stickers, and treats. It’s time
for Missionettes. The club room is a big parking lot, and
the kids sit on mats spread out on the ground. There’s
plenty of room for games, but coloring the weekly activity
page is not so easy when you’re trying to balance the
papers on your knees. But the kids of Leelanut
Community in Bangkok, Thailand, don’t mind.
They’ve memorized the club distinctives and
unit memory verses, and they love to sing the
worship songs.
Thanks for giving to BGMC in order to make
Saturday mornings a special time for these kids.
Your coins have helped us to get Missionettes
translated into the Thai language and helped us
to teach kids how much Jesus loves them.
In 2001, with the help of funds from BGMC,
I started the huge task of translating the
Missionettes into the Thai language. Due to
Thailand not yet having a Royal Rangers
program, many churches use Missionettes
with both boys and girls. Since the word Prims
could not be translated into the Thai language,
we call our Prim-age kids “Dolphins.” Attached
are pictures of boys and girls in their pink
Dolphin shirts. The other Missionettes club
names stayed the same.

Dear Boys & Girls:
Thank you so much for the offerings that you give to
BCMC each month. Here in Thailand, we use BGMC
funds for both Missionettes and Sunday School materials.
Only one percent of the kids in Thailand are Christian,
and those who are Christian don’t know a lot about God,
so it is really important for us to have books to teach the
kids who God is. Missionettes materials, as well as our
Sunday School books, are all in the Thai language so the Thai
kids can understand them. They cannot understand English very
well like you and I can, so we need to have them in Thai.
I use the Prims curriculum (but it’s called Dolphins in Thailand)
each Saturday at a children’s program we have in a poor area
of Bangkok. It’s so exciting to be able to teach the kids—whose
families are mostly Buddhist or Muslim—about Jesus, what He
did for us, and how much He loves us. The children love to do
the Dolphins (Prims) coloring page at the end of every
lesson.
Also, I had the chance to teach some adults about
how to teach kids at a children’s worker’s seminar we
had. Many of these workers use the Sunday School
materials (provided by BCMC) each week at their
churches. The adults had to pretend they were kids. It
was funny, and I had fun teaching them.
Thank you so much for helping to provide these
Thai materials for the children of Thailand by giving
to BGMC. And thank you for praying for the Thai
children. Please pray that the other 99 percent of Thailand
will come to know who God is.
