Founders of the business, makeup artist Rhona Cullinan, and hair stylist Susan Peggs, currently have almost 40 make-up artists, 20 beauty therapists and nail technicians and 20 hair stylists on the books. The business also offers a work experience programme, where recently qualified therapists can gain 'hands-on' experience. "Everybody who works for us has either been trained assessed or are people we have worked with in the past," explains Rhona. "All of our teams are led by professionals and assisted by trainees who will be contracted when they have built up the required experience and skills." Both Rhona and Susan are tutors at The lrish Academy of Massage and Beauty Training but Rhona says that all newly qualified therapists from accredited courses are welcome to apply for place in the agency, although they must have their own insurance.
