hen looking for the vehicle of your dreams, it
really helps to have the perfect person assisting you with the process.
So, in order to provide show attendees the best vehicle
presentations when looking at all the new models available, ENYCAR held an ongoing Mystery Shopper Contest
during the recent Albany Auto Show, March 15-17, to
motivate and stimulate staff working the show.
“Undercover” new car buyers, who we refer to as “Mystery Shoppers,” were among the crowd during all show
hours, evaluating show staff while completing their own
new vehicle search.
The salespeople were judged on the following criteria:
Greeting; Professional appearance; Getting to know a
customer; Identifying a customer’s needs; Product knowledge/Feature presentation; Building manufacturer value;
Eagerness to help customers; Attempting to get personal
information or set up an appointment; and Likeliness
consumer will return to dealership.
So, if you went to the show, you probably came across
these winners and if not, you might want to visit them at
their dealerships next time you’re car shopping.
