Some charter’s don’t feel comfortable piloting an exotic boat on their own in unfamiliar waters. We want you
to be able to take advantage of sunny weather and to take life as it comes. For you we can provide a captain
for your entire vacation or just until you reach the comfort level where you can take full command of the yacht.
When you choose the skippered option we recognize that this is still your vacation, so you choose your
destinations and the sites you want to discover or rediscover. The skipper can also be your guide to lead you
on your cruse to discovery. Just because you have chosen the skippered option does not mean that you can’t
take all the time at the helm that you wish.
If you just want the skipper until you feel comfortable with the yacht he or she will familiarize you with all the
working systems on the boat; allow you all the time at the helm that need, help you brush up on navigation,
mooring and setting anchor.

Starter Pack: Mandatory extra to be added to the above daily rates a set fee of $34.00.- per charter. The pack includes: 4 bottles of water (1.5 L each), 1
bottle of wine, 1 small bottle of washing up liquid, 1 dish cloth/sponge, garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 box of matches, 1 roll of toilet paper in each
head. Cleaning is included in the charter rates. No charge for cleaning.

Dream Yacht Charter Price Guarantee: Dream Yacht Charter will match or beat any legitimate written quote on a similar boat, of similar size, age, equipment and appointments for the same
sailing dates and locations guaranteed.
Dream Yacht Charter Guarantee: All our yachts are very well maintained and undergo regular technical checks and preventative maintenance. Should a technical failure happen, despite our
highly professional maintenance, we commit to repair the failure within 4 hours following receipt of your call to the base during our working hours (8 am to 5 pm). If you lose more than 4 hours
(during working hours) we will refund you one full day. If the repair takes more than 1 day, we will provide you with a similar boat or refund you on a pro-rata basis. In case of emergency you
can rely on our hot line, at any time, 7 days a week.
Additional information applies to most charter locations. Please consult your reservation specialist for details, availability, and rates. Bareboat Charter Rates apply for charters of 7 nights minimum. Short Term Charters are available with surcharge (excluding from 18/12 to 07/01).
Super Premier yachts: less than 12 months old from their first charter date.
Premier yachts: less than 3 years old from their first charter date.
All our yachts are delivered to you with full tanks of fuel (yacht & dinghy), full tank of water, 1 bottle of cooking gas in duty + 1 spare bottle. You have to re-deliver the yacht with full tanks of fuel
and water. If you choose our package, all starting consumables are included plus any re-fill of water at our Dream Yacht Charter Pontoon during your charter

Security Deposit: To be paid at the base upon embarkation by bank certified cheque, cash, traveller cheques, or Credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If paid by credit card, client should contact
his/her bank and let them know about the transaction. Should the refundable full security deposit by credit card be refused at the time of embarkation, client will be obliged to subscribe the
non-refundable security insurance. A Damage Waiver is available to reduce your liability and lower your Security Deposit.
Payments: 25% of the charter fee to confirm booking, balance, plus options, due 45 days before embarkation
Cancellation Policy: More than 90 days loss of 25% deposit. Between 89 to 60 days before charter start loss of 50% of the charter fee (without options.) 59 days and less before charter
start loss of 100% of the charter fee (without options.)
Travel Guard trip insurance is available upon request.
