Investing in Enchanted Gardens II
Enchanted Gardens II will feature 79 condominium units in eight blocks. These units
will be comprised of 22 three-bedroom town homes and 57 one-bedroom and studio
units. The one-bedroom units will have approximately 1100 square feet of space.
Amenities will include swimming pool, fitness centre plus tranquility gardens.
Phase 1 will consist of three blocks and be completed in a block-by-block format. The
first block will have 18 units, followed by 15 units in block two and 12 units in the third
block. On average, the initial units will cost $4,000,000 Jamaican Dollars (JMD) to
renovate (approx. $40,000 U.S). Conservatively, the minimum resale value of the
smallest unit at Enchanted Gardens II will be $12,000,000 JMD.

The site is a stone’s throw from Dunn’s River Falls, and immediately neighboring Turtle
River Falls and Gardens. The development offers the best of both worlds: peace and
