The INTRUDER C800’s 805cm3 (50 cubic inch), fuel-injected, liquidcooled 45-degree V-Twin is tuned for torque and engineered for
comfort. Fuel injection makes for optimal fuel delivery, helping to
increase throttle response and output throughout the powerband.
Liquid cooling helps maintain efficiency and economy. Offset
crankpins bring perfectly balanced firing intervals. Cutting-edge 3Dmapped digital ignition system using a throttle-position sensor helps
boost the hallmark big V-Twin low-down torque. New dual spark plugs
on each cylinder head increase combustion efficiency for smooth,
consistent power, while new, larger airbox helps ensure optimum
intake efficiency. The chromed and staggered dual exhaust pipes are
tuned for responsive torque delivery while producing the signature
V-Twin rumble. The engine power is brought to the fat rear tire through
a slick, wide-ratio 5-speed transmission and low-maintenance shaft
drive. And thanks to new, larger catalyzer, along with the enhanced
engine efficiency. The clean-running INTRUDER C800 meets Euro 3
emissions regulations.

The INTRUDER C800’s carefully sculpted leather-textured
seat, the swept-back handlebars and the ample-sized
floorboards compose a comfortable riding position for both
round-town short hops or long weekend cruises, while the
newly widened passenger seat presents greater comfort for
your corider. The suspension smartly combines the classic
cruiser look with modern plush riding comfort, with thick,
raked-back forks delivering a generous 140mm (5.5 inch)
wheel travel and a progressive-action monoshock rear
suspension shaped mimicking the hard-tail lines of a
traditional cruiser.

The instrument cluster atop the 15.5liter (4.1-gallon) fuel tank newly
includes a convenient gear-position
