Organise your Spa stay
 Please manage to arrive at least 15 minutes before your time of appointment. Late
arrival will reduce the time dedicated to your care.
 Only guests aged 18 years old and over have access to the Spa, except special
conditions(5)
 Hired bathrobes and towels for treatments may only be used within the Spa. Thank
you to give back the key of the changing room when you leave the Spa. Slippers are
mandatory inside the Spa area.
 The time indicated includes the care, preparation and counseling; 20,35,50min is ...
effective care for 30,45,60min .. specified time.
 Payment is made at the time of booking. No refund or exchange will be given if you
cancel less than 24 hours in advance without a medical certificate, or if you don't show
up at the time of your appointment
 Before booking, you must inform our receptionist if you are pregnant or if you suffer
from health issues which may contra-indicate certain treatments or the use of
sauna/steam room such as allergies, asthma, cardio-respiratory problems, scarring etc.
Before each treatment, you will be asked to fill out a confidential questionnaire to ensure
you are fit for treatments with contraindications (6).
 For the peace of mind of all, please do not bring jewelry, valuable objects or your
mobile phone. The Management declines any responsibility for the loss or theft of
personal objects in the Spa area.
 For face treatments, men are required to shave at least one hour before the treatment.

KEIRAÕ® Spa reserve the right to modify, to cancel or to put off his programs until later.
• Relaxation room : for adults and by appointment only. Access to Jacuzzi, turkey bath limited to availabilities
and those with no contraindications. Robe, slippers and towels included. Bathing costumes must be worn
(sold locally). To enhance the enjoyment of all, the duration of visits is limited to 1 hour before 4pm, ½ hour
after 4pm. Free with any 60-minute treatment to carry out before your treatment.
• TEEN’S SPA cares from 7 years of age. Are subject to the written approval of parents, in the
presence of an accompanying parent and on presentation of a valid ID card. We will specify the
terms and specific conditions of access at booking. Pricing «Teen Special" care applicable to the
map from Monday’s to Thursday’s from 11:00 to 16:00 except during holidays (bank holidays) and according
to availabilities, can’t be combinable with any other pricing offer ongoing.
• The Spa can’t check the information gave by the customers who will be only responsible of them. The Spa
couldn’t be responsible under no circumstances.
