All Flash SWF files must be accompanied by backup GIF/JPG and click through URLs
Flash ads cannot exceed 25 FPS (Frames per Second)
Please restrict Flash creative to one Flash video (FLV)
Any Flash creative that delays load time or fails to appear on a Rigzone site will be suspended immediately
A click through can launch only one new browser window
A mouse-over interaction cannot link a user to a new website
A fully qualified URL should be supplied for where a click-through URL should be provided for click events
