POSTAGE:
ALL ITEMS CAN BE COLLECTED IF AGREED WITH BAWL TRADING FIRST
Arrangements will be made for you to visit our warehouse and collect the items you
have ordered.
Purchases Over £30: FREE UK Postage
Purchases under £30: there will be a postage fee attached to the order. There will
be a minimum UK Postage Fee of £1.50 per order. The maximum UK Postage Fee
will be £8.
The postage fee will depend on the size and weight of the parcel and this will be
agreed with the purchaser before payment.
Items will be shipped between 3 and 5 days following clearance of any payment

To buy items is easy. All you need to do is look at the catalogue, select the items you want to purchase,
make a note of their SKU No. (the number you see on the far left of the screen), then either:

When you contact us you can either arrange to pay and collect your item at an agreed time and date or
pay and have your items posted to you.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

ACCESS TO PREMISES: The premises where goods are being supplied from is not
suitable for members of the public to enter due to the quantity of items stored, the lack of
public facilities and Health & Safety. Only items listed in the Catalogue will be sold and no
viewing of the stock in the store room will take place. Buyers will be allowed to inspect the
items they have purchased or wish to purchase if they visit the premises by prior
appointment. See also Clause 5 below

IMAGES: The images used are of the actual item or a group image of the actual item.
Please read the description. If you see an image with more than one item displayed but the
listing describes the sale as involving only unit then what is described is what is available.

POSTAGE: Please see the Postage costs described above. All items will be sent using
either the Royal Mail, MyHermes or UKMail and tracking numbers obtained.

PAYMENT: Payment will either be cash on collection, debit or credit card payment on
collection or debit/credit card payment where the buyer requires the item to be posted to
them AND the purchase is a not carried out at the trading premises of BAWL Trading. Debit
and credit cards will only be accepted for purchases with a total over £10.
Credit card purchases only will attract a fee of 3% of the total purchase price (item costs
plus postage costs).
PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY BAWL Trading
IF THEY ARE USED AND ACCEPTED BY OUR COMMERCIAL CREDIT AND DEBIT
CARD READER AS SUPPLIED TO US BY WORLDPAY.

The Laws of the England and Wales will govern any purchases. Your Statutory Rights and
in particular your rights under the Distant Selling Regulations and Laws will not be affected.

BAWL Trading reserve the right to refuse to sell to any particular individual or company if
we feel the purchase will directly affect our future trading capabilities.

COLLECTION of ITEMS: Collection of items purchased and paid for from BAWL Trading
will be arranged by BAWL Trading with the individual buyer. This will include a convenient
time for both BAWL Trading and the buyer to meet at the business premises of BAWL
Trading where the buyer can remove their items once paid for. Failure to collect any goods
purchased and paid for by a purchaser after a clear 7 days from the sale of the item to the
buyer will result in BAWL Trading having the right to offer the items for sale again and
charge a storage cost of £5 per day from the date of the sale. The seven days will include
all days of the week including weekends.

HOLDING of ITEMS: BAWL Trading will only place an item in reserve for a purchaser if a
10% deposit of the total purchase cost has been made by the buyer. This deposit will not be
refunded. Items will only be held in reserve for a maximum of seven days to allow for there
removal following full and final payment from the buyer. Any reserved items not paid for
within 7 clear days of the purchase will be offered for sale again by BAWL Trading and the
buyer will lose the deposit.

DATA PROTECTION: BAWL Trading uses a payment terminal issued by WorldPay. The
information gathered using this terminal is NOT used for any purpose other than to register
the sale and payment of an item or items. No personal information is kept by BAWL Trading

DURATION OF £1 WAREHOUSE SALE: BAWL Trading reserves the right to shorten or
extend the time the sale of the items takes place.
