Over the past few years, the best chefs in Denmark have developed a whole New Nordic food movement –
Nordic Cuisine. It is based on traditional way of preparing food combined with seasonal products and local
knowledge. The result of these combinations is delicious food, several Michelin-starred restaurants and
the best restaurant in the world – noma. For decades, Danish food has been recognized in the world for its
unique quality that is ensured by creative product development and food safety.
