TONELEIGH has always, and will continue, to be considered
as the W ORLD ' S N UMBER O NE S HOW . It is the annual
mecca for every kit car enthusiast, both here in the U.K. and overseas.
Stoneleigh is the only Show where many new projects are
launched each year and any manufacturer who has serious intentions
within the industry will always exhibit.
There are some excellent facilities available and a good atmosphere
can be created within the Royal Showground. We are offering
Clubs a display area where they can group their members in one
area and put on a Club recruitment presentation. The Club
display site is free of charge. Clubs have always played an important role in the success of the National Kit Car Show. Over 100
clubs exhibited in 2015, with over 4,000 cars on display. The
support is of course, very much appreciated; without it,
Stoneleigh would not be recognised as the World's Number One!
ACCOMMODATION
CARAVAN/CAMPING
Good on-site facilities are available to anyone wishing to camp
for the weekend. Application forms are available direct from the
Organisers - please state whether you will be arriving in a kit car
or not (there is a difference in price!). Tickets cover the period
from 10am Saturday 30th April until midday Tuesday 3rd May
inclusive. A separate area for families with young children has
been set aside - please request the Forestry Area when checking
in with the Camping Warden.
HOTEL AND BED & BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION
A list of local hotels and guest houses is available from the
Tourist Information Centre in Coventry - Tel: 02476 492212.
ON THE SHOWGROUND
Stoneleigh Park Lodge - a modern hotel on-site at the
Showground. Tel: 02476 690123.
BOOKING
Whether the club is one of the major ones or a small regional
group of enthusiasts - ALL ARE WELCOME. Simply telephone
to discuss availability of space and reserve a stand and then
complete the enclosed booking form and return to our office.
BUILD-UP AND BREAKDOWN
Club members will have access to the Showground from 10.00am
on Saturday 30th April. No earlier entry will be permitted.
Please ensure that all club members are aware of this!
Clubs will be provided with a maximum of 2 passes for non-kit
cars to allow them to bring club equipment. This pass admits the
driver and vehicle only FROM 10AM SATURDAY UNTIL
9.30AM SUNDAY ONLY.
BREAKDOWN: All exhibits must be removed from the
National Agricultural Centre grounds by midday Tuesday 3rd
May.
GENERAL LAYOUT
All clubs have the opportunity to re-book the stands which they
occupied in 2015 (subject to ground conditions). Any clubs wishing to look at re-locating or who are new to exhibiting at
Stoneleigh - please contact our office direct to discuss suitable
sites. We hope your club members enjoy participating at the
Show and will remain with us for years to come.
MARQUEE ERECTION - IMPORTANT NOTICE
Any company erecting marquees etc. MUST obtain a 'work permit' from the Showground. Our marquee contractor is Pitstop
Hire Services. If you have any requirements contact them on

A KIT CAR (NOT TOWING ONE).
Anyone wishing to gain entry in a non-kit car must contact the
Organisers for details of admission charges or visit our website at

Daily Admission for visitors arriving in a kit car
Kit car drivers admitted FREE OF CHARGE.
Adult passengers: £10.00
Child passengers (8 - 16): £5.00
(It would be most helpful if on arrival at the Main Vehicle
Entrance in your kit car that you have the correct money
available to speed up the entry of vehicles into the Showground).
Weekend Admission for Camping / Caravanning
The following camping fees include admission to the show on
both days and camping from 10am on Saturday 30th April to
midday Tuesday 3rd May.
Kit car drivers: £5.00
Adult passengers: £20.00
Children (8 - 16): £5.00
All above prices are inclusive of VAT and apply only to those driving a
kit car (not towing one).
These prices also include the Sunday night live entertainment.
Please watch main adverts for details. Public bars will be open on
both Saturday and Sunday evenings. (N.B. - We do not have any
control whatsoever on the prices charged by the N.A.C. either in
the public bars or restaurants etc.)
Many clubs already make use of the Conference Theatre to hold
their meetings. This is available to any club, large or small, FREE.
Please book well in advance and try to restrict the length of the
meeting to 55 minutes so that as many clubs as possible can make
use of these facilities. Time slots are booked on a first come, first
served basis - PLEASE TELEPHONE TO MAKE A BOOKING.
The AGM Meeting Room is located inside the Warwick Complex
and is available to any club FREE OF CHARGE. The meeting
room has all facilities including tables and chairs etc. For clubs
that make use of these facilities we trust that you will leave the
meeting room as you would expect to find it, clean and tidy,
ready for the next club AGM.

SECURITY
GENERAL DIRECTIONS FOR ANY NEWCOMERS
Security will be on patrol for the duration of the Show. We would
politely request that all club members arriving on Saturday
refrain from entering the Exhibition Halls whilst manufacturers
and trade stands are setting up.
Whilst on-site, please note that normal traffic regulations apply.
The speed limit is strictly 10mph. The Showground does NOT
become a race circuit overnight, and the 4-Wheel Drive Track is
completely out of bounds! Any person(s) found to be endangering
the safety of others will immediately be asked to leave. Anyone
experiencing or witnessing any such problems are asked to
report these to either the Camping Warden or Security who can
be found at the main Gatehouse at Machinery Gate.

TRADING ON CLUB STANDS
Please note that trading is NOT permitted from any club stand.
The sale of club regalia, promotional items, club magazines is
fine, but as space is given free of charge, no independent trading
is permitted! Any club found in breach of this rule will be asked
to immediately leave the Show.

From London & M40
Leave the M40 at junction 15 and join the A46 dual carriageway
heading towards Coventry.
Leave the A46 at the third slip road exit for Kenilworth and
Leamington Spa and join the A452 for Leamington.*
At the first roundabout turn left off the A452 onto Bericote Road
and turn left at the next roundabout on the B4113 Stoneleigh
Road. NAC Stoneleigh Park is approximately 1.5 miles from this
roundabout.
From the M6 or M69
Leave the M6 motorway at junction 2 and join the A46 towards
Warwick; or at the conclusion of the M69, continue onto the A46
towards Warwick and the M40.
At the third roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A45.
Shortly afterwards take the slip road exit in order to rejoin the
A46 towards Warwick.
Leave the A46 at the 2nd slip road exit for Kenilworth and
Leamington Spa and join the A452 for Leamington.
At the first roundabout turn left off the A452 onto Bericote Road
and turn left at the next roundabout on the B4113 Stoneleigh
Road.*
From the Northbound M1
Leave the M1 at junction 17, to join the M45 towards Coventry.
Continue onto the A45 for approximately 5 miles in order to turn
left onto the A445 towards Leamington Spa.
Travel over a roundabout, and beyond the village of Bubbenhall,
staying on the A445.
At the 1st roundabout turn right towards Kenilworth and the
NAC and right at the next roundabout on the B4113 Stoneleigh
Road.*
*By now you will pick up directional signs for the Kit Car Show. Please
follow signs for Clubs and you will arrive at the main vehicular
entrance for kit car club drivers which is located off the B4113. If you
are attending the Show as a public visitor, ie. are not camping and are
not driving your kit car, then please use the nearest available public car
park.
