Set the rotation speed, bath temperature and vapor temperature and start
operation. *Simultaneous measurement of the vapor temperature and
pressure start. *After starting the decrease of pressure, the initial boiling
point is detected automatically. *Appropriate pressure slope control
automatically starts. *Measure vapor temperature during slope control.

boilling point and enhances solvent recovery rate significantly.
• Built-in vacuum and vapor temperature controllers available as standard.
• The sample flask can be moved up & down by motor-lift.

microprocessor and digitally displayed.
• Two operation modes are available; Auto mode which starts and stops
concentration operation automatically, and Manual mode which operates

Simply attach to rotary joint. Innovative bumping prevention is attained by focusing on the principle of bumping. Teflon-made caps can be used for all sorts of solvents. Please use suitable adaptor for different diameter (this cap is only for rotary

The valve equipped to the top of Cap closes before bumping occurs as a
result of a difference in pressure between cooler side and sample flask
side, and opens when pressure difference is eliminated.
Applying the steam to the hemisphere part makes inside the flask wellconvected and prevents the bumping as a handy way. Suitable for the
substance with relatively weak bumping force.
Glass filter (G3) mitigates the sudden change in pressure and prevents the
bumping. This is also effective in preventing the spread of powder droplets
when drying crystal samples etc.

• Vacuum controller, Condenser, Waste liquid collecting trap (bottle), Recovery
flask and Exhaust gas absorber cartridge are compactly integrated in one
unit.
• Complicated pressure setting is not necessary. Normal control allows to
change the set pressure value anytime. Auto-control starts the control
corresponding with the vapor temperature (vapor sensor is option). Program
control memorizes the proper vacuum rate of 10 versions of typical regulated
solvents.
• Excellent corrosion resistance is achieved by using solenoid valve of Teflon
diaphragm and sensor which is anti-corrosive to organic solvents.

Process Station is a 5-position organic synthesizer which is designed to improve
the efficiency of process development of new reactions and catalysis, examination
of reaction conditions and synthesis of intermediates.
Individual setting of the temperature for each position enables examining by
5 types of temperature conditions simultaneously, allowing to achieve the most
effective synthesis route.
PPS-1510 and PPS-2510 are also equipped with reflux and gas exchange
functions required for organic synthesis, in addition to temperature control and
stirring. Synthesis scale can be changed by changing the aluminium blocks.
There are such options available for post-processing, e.g. a set of operations
for liquid-liquid extraction and concentration without exchanging containers.

• The designed maximum operation pressure is up to 20MPa, but only the
flammable gas to <1MPa.

Pressure gauge and two needle valves (for pressurizing and relief) are equipped

• By removing the connection, sampling can be done before and after conducting

solvent spills, the dew receive tray made of Teflon protects the
device.
Double chamber protects the aluminum block from dew and
