About MSRIT
M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology was started in 1962 by the late
Dr. M.S. Ramaiah, our Founder Chairman who was a renowned visionary,
philanthropist, and a pioneer in creating several landmark infrastructure
projects in India. Noticing the shortage of talented engineering
professionals required to build a modern India, Dr. M.S. Ramaiah
envisioned MSRIT as an institute of excellence imparting quality and
affordable education. Part of Gokula Education Foundation, MSRIT has
grown over the years with significant contributions from various
professionals in different capacities, ably led by Dr. M.S. Ramaiah
himself, whose personal commitment has seen the institution through its
formative years. Today, MSRIT stands tall as one of India’s finest names in
Engineering Education and has produced around 35,000 engineering
professionals who occupy responsible positions across the globe.
About the Conference
The International Conference on Circuits, Communication, Control and
Computing (I 4 C-2016) believes that the grand engineering challenges of

the 21 century can only be addressed in an inter-disciplinary and crossdisciplinary manner. This has enthused the conference organizers to
combine all the major domains of Electrical Sciences in the theme of the
conference. This conference will be an international forum for engineers,
researchers, scientists, graduate students and industry professionals to
cross the design-technology boundary through interactions with design,
technology and process experts to develop the skills for future research
and development. This will foster an environment for exchanging
breakthrough ideas and collaborate effectively. A one day pre-conference
tutorial precedes two days of technical presentations.

All the presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore digital library.
Extended Version of Selected papers during conference will be published in Chapter in
Book Encyclopedia of Circuits, control, communication and computing by IGI USA.
Intensive, one day pre-conference workshops on advanced topics.
Submission policy/guidelines
Manuscript must be prepared based on the IEEE template (refer attachment). A maximum of four
pages is permitted. Additional page will incur extra fee.
Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is
not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all
co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute
where the work has been carried out.
The conference organizer will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for
compensation.
Authors should submit their manuscripts online. Please follow the hyperlink “Submission page” and
upload all of your manuscript files following the instructions given on the screen.
The authors have to make sure that no plagiarism (word by word copying) is involved in the content
