O’Rourke performed work at the Naval Weapons Station (NWS) for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast
Division. The contract was for the performance of bunker and concrete demolition, hazardous abatement, clearing &
grubbing, soil excavation/replacement, erosion control, grading and waste recycling at the Charleston NWS site.
