With this in mind, we are pleased to include the following
products in our Kindred Collection offering. We're excited
about these additions, and we think you will be as well!
The Designer Series has expanded to include 8 new undermount sink models, in zero
and 10 mm radius corners, all with stainless steel bottom grids included. You'll also
note that we have added bottom grids to every Designer Series kitchen sink - great
for food prep, and to help prevent scratches in the bottom of the sink. New Designer
Series models may be found on pages 4 through 15.
BOTTOM GRIDS
We're pleased also to offer you stainless steel faucets and fittings in The Designer
Series. Included are Pro Style and Gooseneck faucets, and a Soap/Lotion Dispenser,
all with a beautiful Commercial Satin finish that compliments the finish on The
Designer Series sinks. Designer Series faucets and fittings are found on page 19.

Vanity basins have always been part of our offering, typically in commercial
applications. We have raised the bar on luxury vanity sinks with the addition of three
Designer Series semi-recessed vanity basins as found on page 21.
Granite sinks are a beautiful alternative to stainless steel sinks in the kitchen, and more
than ever are moulded of tough, hard wearing, and easy to clean materials. Our

introduction of the minimalist Mythos Granite series has been well received - Thank
you! We're happy to grow this family as well, with the addition of the colour ONYX to
four of most popular models. ONYX is not quite black, but darker than Slate & Graphite.
Faucets and accessories at the kitchen sink should not be underestimated. The
addition of our grids, cutting boards and colanders can provide you with expanded
function at the sink, and a dual action Pull Out Spray faucet is great for busy cooks.

Here are a few questions to help you get started:
What type of fixture are you looking for?
Farmhouse? Undermount? Worktop? Countertop?
What are the dimensions?
One bowl? Two? Three? We’ll need the dimensions of each. If one bowl is smaller than another please specifiy its location, right side or
left of the larger bowl.
Do you wish to have 25 mm (somewhat rounded), 10 mm (somewhat square), or zero (90 degree) radius corners
on your sink?
We offer all three profiles in our Designer Series family of sinks.
Do you want a rear positioned drain?
This is standard on all Kindred Collection sinks and has numerous advantages. But if for some reason you prefer a different location for
the drain, let us know.
Would you like a backsplash?
Our countertop sinks have a 3" backsplash. But we can make the backsplash higher or lower. Just let us know what you need.
Did you choose our Farmhouse style?
We’ll need to know if you want a linear edge (which is square in appearance) or a bow front (which looks more rounded.)
If faucet holes are required, we’ll also need to know where you want them drilled. This will depend on the faucet that you have chosen. Keep
in mind that accessories such as soap dispensers, hot water dispensers, and side sprays will require addtional drillings.
A picture is worth a thousand words. So send us one! Even a rough sketch will help clarify your needs. We will prepare a technical
drawing for your approval before proceeding.

Undermount Series
Designed to enhance the elegance, beauty and functionality of traditional granite as well as modern solid
surface counters, Kindred Undermount Series sinks fit flush to the underside of the countertop for a clean,
precise look. Undermount sinks make kitchen cleaning easy. No ledge or rim obstructions mean you can sweep
crumbs and spills directly into the sink.
Drop-In Series
A drop-in or top mount sink is as implied by the name installed from the top of the counter. If you have chosen
a laminate countertop in your kitchen or bath, consider a Kindred Collection drop-in model.
Vanity Series
Stainless steel kitchen sinks have become the accepted preference over the years, and for good reason.
Stainless steel is hygienic, easy to clean and has sparkling good looks – all wonderful elements for a vanity

offer satin nickel, and bi-tone chrome-granite finish.

The bi-tone chrome-granite finish is a perfect color match to Kindred Granite sinks.

Kindred Faucets have been machined from solid brass castings. Plastic moldings have been restricted solely
to use where this technology is required. We believe that function comes first, not cost savings.

Kindred Faucets have a smooth flowing shape for simple cleaning, and a handle that is easy to grasp
and operate.

All Kindred Faucets meet or exceed current CSA and ANSI standards. You can be sure that their rugged

Warranty
Residential Sinks
Kindred brand sinks are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for any normal domestic purpose for which they
are intended - in the case of Stainless Steel and Granite for as long as you own your sink.
Accessories
Kindred brand accessories including hardwood cutting boards and stainless steel colanders and trays, and baskets and grids are
guaranteed to be suitable for any normal domestic purpose for which they are intended and without defects in material or
workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
Faucets
Every Kindred brand faucet is guaranteed to be suitable for any normal domestic purpose for which it is intended and without
defects in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns their home, provided it has been installed and
maintained according to Franke Kindred instructions. The only exception to this warranty shall be decorative faucet finish (non
chrome plate) which shall be warranted for a period of two years from date of purchase.
