Our company started its operation
in 1991 in Poland. Within the next
ten years, we established our position as the leading Polish producer
of insulating glass units.

In 2001 we embarked on export
sales and started building new production plants. We also expanded
our offer to new market segments.
After 20 years of market activity our
production has reached the level of
4,000,000 m2 of glass units annually. Today we can boast a turnover
of EUR 130,000,000 in 2012.

of products from the entire offer, as well as
companies from central Poland.

products from the offer and serves companies which purchase highly processed facade and interior glass. It also supports other
plants.

We have four modern production
plants located in Poland, with a total
manufacuring area of 64,000 m2.
Their location, production capacity,
range of certification and products
offered by them make our company unique in terms of the effective
response to the need of markets.
Each plant specializes in producing
a different range of products and
meeting different expectations, yet
together they create an effective
system of connections.

producers of window joinery operating in
northern Poland.
Nowa Wieś – production area: 11 th. m2
The plant produces insulating glass for producers of windows & doors in the whole of
Poland. The company's headquarters are also
located here.
TECHNOLOGICAL
ADVANTAGE
Our plants are equipped with
17 production lines, where insulated glass units are made, and
6 tempering furnaces. We produce
20,000 m2 of insulated glass units
daily. In the company’s warehouses there are nearly 400 stands for
Jumbo-size glass. We also possess
32,000 storage racks to transport
our glass efficiently.
We want to guarantee the top quality of our products, therefore, we
produce our glass using modern

equipment of reputable producers. Our machinery park includes
LISEC lines for glass panes cutting,
assembling and edge blunting, and
GLASTON/TAMGLASS tempering
furnaces. There are also BENTELER
and HEGLA lines for mechanical
processing of flat glass and TMB
furnaces for HST tests.
Particularly advanced technological processes are carried out on
our BENTELER production lines for
laminated glass, SCHOLZ autoclave
and BÜRKLE, TESOMA and DIPTECH
devices for the production of printed enamelled glass.
We help our machine suppliers
define the directions of development. We participate in testing and
implementing new equipment
and technologies. On the basis of
introduced innovations, we constantly expand and modernize our
machinery park. This is how we
gain and maintain the technological advantage.

MODERN
LOGISTICS
Our products are exported to over
300 loyal Customers in 16 European
countries, more than half of them
have been cooperating with us for
more than 10 years.

Our glass is transported to our
Customers at a total distance of
1 million kilometres per month.
We maintain a fleet of 80 company
trucks and in cooperation with experienced international carriers.
On a daily basis we carry out up to
120 truck dispatches across Europe,
with ferry transits, at a distance of
3,500 km.

In 2012 all acknowledged European institutes conducted 23 audits in our plants. Regardless of that, our Customers conduct their own, individual internal audits in
our outlets.

QUALITY
We are a partner to brand window
producers who have high expectations towards suppliers. Higher
quality is the necessary basis for
the cooperation. This means that
we often apply additional certification procedures for components
and an altered production process
to provide upgraded parameters
and an extended warranty period.
Our products meet the requirements of European Standards and
provisions of law valid in particular
countries. We also follow individual
agreements with our Customers.
The entire offer meets the require-
ments of CE marking. All our plants
operate under the production
management system ISO 9001 and
environmental management system ISO 14001.
