Bulky waste
We are introducing a new village-styled approach to the collection of
landfill waste & recycling across Croydon. This means we will work in
smaller local teams to provide a better, more reliable and environmentally
friendly service for you.
After the 1 June, you may notice a change in the day for your landfill waste
& recycling collections. The exact details of when your collections will take
place are contained in this leaflet.
You can report a missed collection using My Account. It is an easier & simpler
way to manage all your council services online. All reports will be sent to
your local team to deal with. Log in or register today

Please work with us while we improve your service. Present your landfill waste
& recycling by 6am on collection day at the edge of your property. Do not put
your landfill waste and recycling out on non-collection days as this may cause
additional fly-tipping in your area. During this transition period, we will do our
best to maintain good service levels.

Did you know that the council can collect large unwanted bulky waste
household items and dispose of them on your behalf. Items include white
goods and furniture.
• Furniture and non-electrical items: £10 for up to 7 items then
£20 for 8 to 14 items
• White Goods and electrical items: £20 for 1 to 4 items
