ENTERTAINMENT
For smaller groups wishing to enjoy Clevelander’s daily entertainment, live DJ’s spin on Pool+Patio
from 12pm-5am daily and C-Level Rooftop Terrace from 10pm-4am Thursday through Saturday.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
All event bookings are subject to a variable food and beverage minimum and a potential setup fee
based on requested event date, time, group size and event space.
AUDIO AND LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Clevelander’s event spaces feature fully integrated and programmable lighting and sound systems
eliminating the need for third party production. In addition to various satellite radio selections, music
from the Pool+Patio DJ can be piped into other event spaces at no additional charge.
VALET/SELF PARKING
Valet parking is available for special events at both Essex House and Clevelander Hotel for a reduced
charge of $23 per car. In addition to street parking, the Pelican parking garage is conveniently located
at 1040 Collins Avenue and offers hourly and flat rate parking options.
BUS STAGING
With a minimum notice of 14 business days and a $25 per space fee paid to the City of Miami Beach,
public parking spaces located on Ocean Drive and 10th street may be reserved for bus charter staging.

RAIN BACKUP AND TENTING
1020 is reserved as a rain backup for events with 100 guests or less. For larger events of 100-250
guests, Sports Bar and Canopy are added to provide additional capacity. Certain events may also be
moved to Essex House Event Space for groups of up to 300 guests.
Pool+Patio may be partially tented for rain backup with advanced notice and an additional rental
fee. Clevelander offers complimentary tenting as rain backup for events meeting a minimum spend of
$30,000 in food and beverage.
STAFF UNIFORM
For private event bookings, Clevelander’s service staff attire consists of a branded black cocktail dress
for ladies and solid black button downs for men. Additional and themed staff uniforms are available
upon request.
ART DECO CENTER
Located directly across the street on Ocean Drive, the Art Deco Center serves as an additional event
space and rain backup option for events booked at Clevelander. Additional rental fees will apply based
on time and date of event booking. (Subject to availability)
Hotel Rooms
Based strictly on availability and booked on a walk-in basis night of event only, discounted hotel room
rates are available for guests attending a contracted event at Clevelander or Essex House.

The heartbeat of the Clevelander brand, the Pool+Patio is a fully programmed and turnkey
event space ideal for large corporate destination groups, product launches and daytime
pool parties.

C-LEVEL ROOFTOP TERRACE
Located on the 6th floor, C-Level rooftop Terrace offers an unduplicated vantage point
for guests to enjoy sparkling ocean views and the serene downtown Miami skyline. Completely
isolated from the nightly party on Clevelander’s iconic Pool+Patio, this event space caters
to a more formal style event while still allowing guests to join the party downstairs. Open to
the public Thursday through Sunday from 10:30pm to 4:00am.

SPF4 SUN DECK
With ocean views and swaying palm trees as a backdrop, SPF4 Sun Deck creates a one of
a kind Miami experience with guests being able to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Clevelander’s
Pool+Patio. This event space is ideal for daytime team builders, smaller corporate events,
birthday parties and offers great branding opportunities with spectacular gobo placements.

spaces allowing guests to enjoy the game without having to leave the party.

Clevelander takes great pride in being globally recognized as the most fun brand in Miami
Beach. We produce choreographed entertainment shows Wednesday through Sunday and feature
top level DJ’s on our Pool+Patio from 12pm to 5am seven days a week, year round. Our
