Recipe Title: Moms Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots with Jalapeño Cheddar
Recipe Ingredients:
• Potatoes
• Salt
• Pepper
• Egg
• Flour
• Cayenne Pepper
• Paprika
• Garlic Powder
• Bacon
• Cheddar Cheese
• Jalapeños
Recipe Instructions:
1. Shred potatoes and mix together all ingredients besides bacon,
cheddar cheese and jalapeños.
2. Make little tater tot sized balls with the mixture and deep fry in a
fryer.
3. Once almost done, wrap each individual tater tot in one strip of
bacon and bake in over to finish cooking bacon.
4. Once bacon is cooked, sprinkle with cheddar cheese mixed with
diced up jalapeños and melt cheese.
