General Information
We ask all attendees:
1. Register and pay for the meeting (includes transportation fee) $195, Children over 5 but under 12, $175
2. Secure your hotel reservation (price below)
Please note that the registration and hotel reservation deadline is November 15, 2013.
Transportation request deadline is January 15, 2014. Hotel reservation or transportation requests received
after dates might not be honored.
Hotel reservations should be made solely through NPH either by going through our website
www.nph.org/register or by emailing [email protected]. Please do not make reservations directly with the hotel.
Please note that the credit card # that you provide will only hold your hotel reservation. Your credit card will be
charged directly by the hotel upon check in. The hotel reservation deadline is November 15, 2013. We cannot
guarantee a hotel room for reservations made after November 16, 2013. Rooms in nearby hotels may be available.
Reservations cancelled after December 15, 2013, will be charged to your credit card.

Single 1,853 pesos (roughly $145)
Double 1,065 pesos (roughly $85)

All fees are non-refundable. Although you pay your registration fee all at once, please note that you may submit
your transportation request or send in the transportation form until January 15, 2014.
