Beatrice Halcro, 82,
passed away on Monday,
Nov. 12, 2001 in Sandpoint,
Idaho.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m.
on Friday, Nov. 16, 2001 at
Pinecrest Memorial Park.
The Rev. David Olson from
the First Lutheran Church
will officiate.
Beatrice was born on
April 15, 1919 in Saginaw,
Mich., the daughter of Ralph
and Sophie Murray. She
grew up and attended
schools in Saginaw, where
she also graduated from
high school.
Beatrice was a homemaker most of her life, but she
had worked at the M & J
Bakery and the Safeway
Bakery for about' 12 years in
the latter part of her life.
She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, fishing and
camping. One of her favorite
pastimes was collecting
antiques, especially glass
items. She was a member of
the First Lutheran Church
and the Eagles Lodge Aerie
No. 589 in Sandpoint.
She is survived by a son,
John Halcro, Sandpoint;
three step-sons, Thomas
Halcro, Robert Halcro and
Dean Halcro; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Kathryn
Kelley, East Tawas, Mich.
She was preceded in
death by her parents; husband Ed; a brother and a sister.
