Consists of:

Step 1: After filling with your
ingredients, make sure to place the
separator insert on the base with
the two small handles side up.
Step 2: Before closing the cover,
make sure the handles of the seal
are perfectly aligned with the
handles of the base. Press the
cover downwards to close.
Step 3: Microwave.
Step 4: To open the seal, push
down the handles while holding
both handles of the bowl. Always
push down first on one side, then
on the other side.

Herbed Mealie Pap.
Ingredients
750 ml maize meal
1,25 L boiling water
7 ml salt
1 tsp butter/margarine
500 ml cold water
½ tsp mixed dried herbs
Method
• Combine the mealie meal and salt and herbs with
500 ml cold water in the Rice Maker bowl, mix
with a Paddle Scraper.
• Add 1 L boiling water to the mixture and
stir. Cover with Rice Maker inner
and outer cover and push down
securely.
• Place in the microwave and
cook on high for 10 minutes.
(Cooking time may vary as per
your microwave’s power.)
• Remove from microwave and
stir the mixture to break it up.
• Add 250 ml boiling water and stir,
place in the microwave on high for
another 10 minutes. (Add less water for
a stiffer texture.)
• Remove from microwave. Dish into serving dish. Stir in the
butter/margarine and mix well until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
