Whereas it appears to the Government that a total of 165268.97 sq.m land is required
in the Village Lwai to Mawmaram (LHS), District East Khasi Hills for public purpose,
. namely,-Acquisition of land for construction of Shillong-Nongstoin-Tura Road.
Therefore, declaration is made that the plot ofland measuring more or less 165268 .97
Sq.m of standard measurement in the Village Lwai to Mawmaram (LHS) District East Khasi
Hills as per detail description below is under acquisition for the above said project and is
