About Us
The Biz World program/curriculum teaches
students the basics of business and money
management
as
they
run
their
own
school-based company at Transition 15.
Transition 15 is a program for young adults
ages 18-21 with special needs, who need
assistance and support while pursuing
transition goals and objectives. We are a
community-based
program
emphasizing
employment and independent living skills
through Independent School District 15
( St. Francis, MN)
We look to challenge and engage our
students through an experiential learning
program that teaches the basics of business,
entrepreneurship, and money management.

Candy Bars, Single Matchmints, HERSHEY'S® “standard” size candy bars,
Microwave Popcorn Wraps, Seed Packets and Paint Cans—are just a few, and all
can be personalized with a sentiment of your choice. Think of all the things you
can do with items like these…… The possibilities are endless!
-For most products, the color schemes, background designs/colors and
text fonts can be changed to reflect the theme of your event.
*If you do not see a design that you like, just contact us and we can work with you
to come up with a design more to your liking. . . . .

Personalized Miniature Hershey® Candy Bars
You’ll be the talk of the town when you offer these personalized HERSHEY'S®
Miniature Candy Bars. Each dozen has an assortment of Milk Chocolate, Special Dark
Chocolate, Mr. Goodbar and Krackel Bars. The underside of each candy bar can be
personalized with a sentiment of your choice—such as: “Anxiously awaiting the arrival
of Baby __________”, Congratulations Mat & Judi”, “She’s finally here” - or just about
any other sentiment that you can think of. *However, space is limited. These candy
bars are sold by the dozen—same design/same sentiment per dozen.
*Each bar is individually cut and wrapped by a team of students.
Single Matchmints
Make everyone do a double-take with these unique matchmints. Imagine their surprise
when they open the cover to find a Lifesaver mint. We personalize the front and the
back of the matchmint; unfortunately, we are not able to personalize the inside.

Personalized Full-Size Hershey® Candy Bars
Everyone loves chocolate so why not go even bigger with a 1.55 ounce Hershey® milk
chocolate candy bar, overwrapped with your chosen design. All of these designs come
with a “New Baby” - themed nutrition fact on the underside of the candy bar, or can be
customized with a personal sentiment of your choice.
*Each bar is individually cut and wrapped by a team of students.
Microwave Popcorn Wraps
Regardless of which type of event you’re planning, microwave popcorn is an
inexpensive party favor!! Use them for baby shower prizes, new baby announcements,
etc. . . We use 2.7 oz. microwave popcorn and the wrappers go around the popcorn. All
of these designs come with a “New Baby” - themed nutrition fact on the underside of
the popcorn, or can be customized with a personal sentiment of your choice.
*Each microwave popcorn wrap is individually cut and the popcorn
wrapped by a team of students.
Seed Packets
Give your friends these adorable little packets of wild bird seed, wildflower seeds or
sunflower seeds as party favors!! This packet is designed to look like a matchbook, but
without the black “striking” strip on the front, is approximately 2.5” X 2.75” and
contains about 1 Tablespoon of seeds in each packet (Wildflower seeds are seasonal).
We can suggest a number of different inspirational “seed” sentiments for the back of
each packet if desired. . . .
*Each card/packet is individually assembled by a team of our students.
