Individual reservation cancellation policy for
up to 10 people
Total cancellation is permissible free of charge if made in writing to CourtialLandoni Viaggi no later than March 31st 2008.
From April 1st to April 30th 2008 cancellation is permissible and the paid amount
will be refunded less the cost of the first night.
From May 1st 2008 cancellations or no shows will be charged for the entire
booked period.
All arrival or departure changes have to be checked by Courtial-Landoni Viaggi
with the booked hotel and reconfirmed accordingly.
All individual cancellations and / or changes are valid only when made in writing
and confirmed to / by Courtial Viaggi.
All refunds will be processed after Efttex 2008.
Group reservation cancellation policy

For group bookings separate contracts will be issued according to the policy of the
