Monterey Bay has been designated as the “Hosting Chapter.”

- The rooms accorded the MOPH are Two-Room Suites w/ kitchenette stuff.
- The standard Government Preferred Rate in May 2104 for our rooms would
have been b/n $161 to $ 215 per night, however, we negotiated for the Dept. a
rate of only $119.00 per night.
- Last date for registration at this rate is: 18 April 2014.

some consider them freebies – we consider them part of our negotiation with the
ES.

It’s a 100% Non-Smoking Venue - However, for smokers there is an outdoor,
covered area w/ tables/chairs set aside at the right of entry when facing building.
