Gill Sans is the graphic typeface
chosen for racing events held the

is the used for race titles on race
banners, kiosks, flags etc. and
compliments the diverse logo styles
of title sponsors, partners, yacht classes
and associations - as shown in the
example at the bottom of this page.

Welcome to the Dubois Cup 2015!
We’re delighted to be back at the Yacht Club Costa
Smeralda to hold our fifth edition of the Dubois Cup.
It’s wonderful to have so many Dubois yachts in attendance,
both previous Cup competitors and new additions to the
regatta fleet.
May we extend an especially warm welcome and thank you
for supporting the event – to ‘old hands’ and first timers,
and to our kind and generous sponsors.
We’re looking forward to joining you all out on the water
and ashore!

Making her regatta debut! We are delighted to
welcome Alcanara at the Dubois Cup under
new ownership.
This performance-orientated sloop has turned
many heads on the regatta circuit since her
launch in 2013. She’s no stranger to the
turquoise waters of Porto Cervo but it’s her first
Dubois Cup.

first regatta for her as Caroline 1. We look
forward to welcoming the yacht and her new

At the time of her launch, Imagine B was a
contender for many regatta titles. Now under

The 30.8m Penelope was the second hull to launch of
the Oyster 100 by Dubois series.
Penelope is designed with the specification, features
and classification of very much larger yachts.
Her
accommodation layout offers three staterooms aft and two
crew cabins forward. A raised saloon offers a panoramic
view and leads forward and down to a more intimate lounge
and entertainment area.

Caribbean, and placed first at the 2014 Oyster regatta in
Antigua. Penelope will spend summer 2015 chartering in

The Location
THE YCCS
The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda is based in Porto Cervo
in the Costa Smeralda area of Sardinia, a Mediterranean
Adjoining the YCCS building, the Piazza Azzurra is at the
heart of all the Club’s sporting and social events. During

The Costa Smeralda offers ideal sailing conditions: an
archipelago with abundant wind, sunshine and racing
regattas, a whirl of activity centres on the media centre

functional structures of its kind. The building covers 5,800
square metres and houses a panoramic pool terrace,
restaurant, Members’ lounge, wellness centre and bar. The
Clubhouse also offers 24 suites, each with a private terrace.
