With a focus towards students who serve as their official University ambassadors in the position of official King & Queen in Miss or Mister leadership titles and their accompanying court of elected class representatives, Leadership for Queens & Kings’ Konnection attracts the most influential student representatives, inclusive of student government representatives, greek organization affiliates, campus media and more from over 30 prominent HBCU’s. Our conference is designed to expose HBCU college students to business and etiquette skills that will enhance their campus and life experience. We wrote you a letter… Hello! When it comes to student development conferences, admittedly we are not alone. Our distinction and value is closely tied and attributed to a few things. First, our focus on soft skills, leadership role responsibilities and etiquette development has proven to be both successful and impactful. Next, a clear audience focus of elected campus queens, kings and class representatives, whom often hold integral other student leadership roles such as student government, greek and campus media representatives makes this mid-summer Symposium a must-attend. New Orleans, LA Conference: July 16 -19 The 2015 Conference will be held in the beautiful and picturesque city of New Orleans. The bayou country captures the southern charm and progressive energy that can be felt immediately upon visiting any of the mostly southern based HBCU campuses that our student leaders represent. After each full day of skill learning, networking and life changing development students have the opportunity to unwind amidst the historic french quarters or bonding on storied Bourbon Street. Who Comes to the Leadership for Queens & Kings’ Konnection Conference? We love our attendees! They are 19-24 years in age that are in the top 20% of their class. Our student leader attendees collectively lead over 110K students across 35+ universities. Influential…that’s putting it lightly, attendees to our annual Summer symposium are social magnets, with an average Instagram follower base of 3K, they collectively pack a 1 Million+ follower punch.
